Cancellation Policy

By booking the Reise Pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Reise Pass is a simplified, fast-track branding package by Reise Studio Ltd, designed to deliver a custom visual identity within two weeks of your selected start date. It’s not a collaborative or revision-based project — the deliverables are based on your completed brand questionnaire and our professional design recommendations. You confirm that the information provided in your questionnaire is accurate and that you’ve checked for typos or errors. The outcome of your design will directly reflect the answers you provide. The package includes a primary logo, secondary mark, colour palette, font system, and a one-page brand sheet with ready-to-use digital files. No additional concepts, revisions, or consultations are included unless otherwise agreed. Full payment is due at booking. As this is a bespoke creative service, all payments are non-refundable once work begins. If Reise Studio cannot fulfil your booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued. All final files become yours for business use once payment is complete. Reise Studio retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise requested. You are responsible for ensuring your brand does not infringe any existing trademarks or third-party rights. Reise Studio is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or outcomes arising from use of your brand assets. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. By booking, you agree to these conditions and understand that Reise Studio’s role is to design what’s right for you — professionally, intentionally, and without unnecessary back-and-forth.
